We serve Indian, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Fijian communities across Australia with clothing for weddings, festivals, and cultural celebrations.

Where is your store located?

Our boutique is located at 11/215 Palmers Road, Truganina, VIC 3029 (near Tarneit). We're approximately 25 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Open 7 days a week from 10 AM to 6 PM. Ample free parking is available. You can also shop online at shreesfashion.com.au with Australia-wide delivery and international shipping to 15+ countries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide including USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, and across Europe. Australian orders ship within 1-2 business days via Australia Post or courier. International orders take 7-14 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 within Australia. All orders include tracking and careful packaging.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a faulty item, please report it to us immediately and we will exchange it for another product within 5-7 days. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at shop@shreesfashion.com.au right away if you notice any defects or damage.

Do you offer wedding packages or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer special pricing for wedding parties and bulk orders of 5+ pieces. Our wedding services include bridal saree consultations, complete family outfit coordination, and jewellery sets to match. We can source specific colors or designs on request. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay/Zip for buy-now-pay-later options. In-store, we also accept cash and bank transfer. All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption and PCI compliance.

How do I know if a saree is genuine silk?

All our silk sarees come with authenticity information. Key indicators of genuine silk include: natural sheen that changes with light angle, smooth texture that warms to touch, distinctive rustle sound (called "scroop"), and weight (pure silk sarees typically weigh 500-700g). Our Kanchipuram sarees include Silk Mark certification from the Silk Board of India where applicable.

Yes! We receive new stock monthly, especially before major festivals like Diwali, Navratri, Pongal, and wedding season (October-February).
